Automatic and manual welding

We offer a welding service using our robot park and many years of experience of our specialists.

We perform processes in MIG 131, MAG 135 technologies according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2. The WPS welding instructions are in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 15614-1 standard and the welding procedure qualification protocols (WPQR) are certified for us by SGS Polska. The quality of Arcom welding has gained us many customers from demanding industries, including automotive, gas or food.

The factory production control is certified for compliance with the requirements of PN-EN 1090-1+A1:2012 in the EXC1 and EXC2 class of steel structures.

We pride ourselves on highly qualified staff with extensive experience. The implemented program of continuous improvement systematically develops the skills and efficiency of our specialists. The level of their skills is evidenced by the fact that the main product of Arcom are storage systems that require high repeatability of construction to maintain full safety at work.

We use manual welding mainly in low and medium series production and in particularly complex structures. Highly effective robotic welding stations are used for repetitive mass production.

Each welded structure is subjected to visual tests VT1/VT2 according to the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard. At the customer’s request, we also perform other tests in cooperation with a certified testing laboratory.

We have Yaskawa and Fanuc robots. Automatic welding stations provide the ability to work on structures up to 3500 mm long and 1600 wide. The maximum weight of the element is 1500 kg.
