AR01/6 – Low Steel Pallet for Tires and Packages 🏗️📦
AR01/6 is a collapsible steel pallet with an impressive load capacity of 700 kg ⚖️. Thanks to its sturdy construction, it can be stacked with a forklift up to 6 levels 🏢, creating a stable rack nearly 9 meters high 📏. This makes it an ideal solution for warehouses 📦 and logistics centers 🚚 where space optimization is crucial.
Application:
🔹 Storage and transport of tires 🛞 – The primary purpose of AR01/6 is to store passenger car tires 🚗, arranged in a herringbone pattern. It is also perfectly suited for storing motorcycle 🏍️ and bicycle tires 🚴, ensuring safe and efficient warehousing.
🔹 Storage and transport of products in various packaging 📦 – The pallet is ideal for storing goods packed in cardboard boxes 📦, wooden crates 🪵, bags 🛍️, and plastic or metal containers 🏗️. With a 2-meter usable height 📏, it allows for the storage of large boxes 📦 and two Euro pallets with a high load 🏗️, making it highly versatile.
Options and Variants:
🛠 P01 Shelf 🏗️ – A steel shelf with a 500 kg ⚖️ load capacity, allowing for internal space division within the pallet. One shelf can be installed on the AR01/6 pallet.
🛠 Bottom Type 🏗️ – available options:
- Solid sheet metal 🔩 – provides maximum stability,
- Perforated sheet metal 🛠️ – enhances ventilation and drainage of potential liquids,
- Steel mesh 🏗️ – lightweight construction that meets fire protection requirements under NFPA and FM 🔥 standards.
🎨 Powder Coating 🎨 – available in any RAL color 🎨, allowing customization to match the warehouse’s visual identification system.
