Multilevel mezzanine system

This is a solution that allows the use of a warehouse height of up to 9 m. The load-bearing structure is made of steel columns, on which a network of working corridors made of steel gratings is built.

The storage units are Arcom steel racks. The system is equipped with a lift with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg for loading levels 2, 3 and 4. The goods are transported by hand trucks and stored on the racks. Rapid unloading is carried out by gravity ramps. The goods go to the table intended for picking shipments. The Arcom multi-level platform system is supplied with the necessary safety components and is designed to accommodate lighting and sprinkler networks. The main use is to sell wheels and tyres online or to store them seasonally.

Compared to traditional warehouses operated by forklifts, it enables:
